My Role
I was thrilled to join the team at Luminaire, a company dedicated to exceptional design. With a minimal and effective approach to design, I was able to hone my skills and contribute to a range of projects for Marketing and E-commerce. During my time at Luminaire, I experienced significant growth in areas such as layout, image editing, and proportion, which remain highlights of my career to date. I am grateful for the opportunity to work at such a talented and design-focused company, and for the impact it had on my professional growth.
Email Campaigns
The goal was always to create story-driven email campaigns. The product itself told a compelling story through its beauty and history. I seized opportunities to utilize the shapes of the products to craft experimental compositions.
Magazines
The Nearpod brand uses the modernist approach to design. Magazine layouts stick to product selection and looking for ways to find correlations with products. This was an opportunity for me to design for magazines like Surface, Cultured, Pin-Up, Apartamento, and others.
Website Redesign
Exposing the grid was a way of expressing our pride in these design principles. The products lend themselves well to being cropped. In the fast-paced digital world, we aimed to slow things down so that users could truly appreciate each product. This was achieved through attention to detail and proportion.
Social Media
I find ways to align graphics in advanced so it work nicely on all social media platforms.
Spaces
This was something I had envisioned even before joining Luminaire. I aimed to integrate a physical object with design to create a cohesive and unified experience.
